  ● Handle arm

In order to prevent bending of the arm due to longing, extrusion forging of the new 60 series aluminum alloy and abolishing the round hole created the strongest arm. 
In the middle deep sea it is a convertible design of 98 mm which is easy to take 110 mm and one pitch pitch rhythm which demonstrates overwhelming power. 
It is assembled at 110 mm specification at shipment.

 ● Angular contact ball bearing

The structural weakness of the lever drag reel is that when the drag force is raised the steering wheel rotation becomes heavy. 
This is because when a drag force is raised, force is applied to spool → drag disc → pinion gear → bearing, and a load is applied in the → direction of the figure. 
Since general bearings are structured so that they can only receive the load in the direction of rotation, the area of ​​the outer ring / inner ring where the ball contacts is small, pressure can not be sufficiently received, and friction and wear increase. 
Angular contact bearings are angled to the inner and outer rings and designed to withstand the rotational and axial loads.

● Semi-water proof drag

Since the lever drag system has a drag washer on the side of the spool, when drowning from the gap between the spool and the frame, the drag performance deteriorates markedly. 
With the lever drag system, the spool-free performance is not degraded, and the system with waterproof performance is a jigging idea of ​​only BHL.

● G40 Cork Drag Washer

If smooth initial motion, you can obtain sufficient performance with carbon washer. 
However, in the case of straight pumping of SPJ that has been emerging, since the rod curve is loose, pressure due to the guide resistance can not be applied, smoothness becomes enemy with the carbon washer, 
giving the fish an initiative with inadvertent sliding of the drag . 
Therefore, we focused on the weight of the initial movement of the cork washer and the drag force, and the weakness of the surface which was the weak point of the cork washer and the weakness of the bending strength were measured by a custom-made compressor to realize the surface smoothness and strength like G40 cork We developed a washer.

● Kilo set drag

Drag lever 1 click was set to about 1 kg according to the feeling of Japanese people. 
Based on the strike position minus 3 kg to the MIN position, plus 3 kg to the FIGHT position, further from there the MAX position will change the drag force to plus 4 kg. 
Please set the strike position according to the line strength to be used.

Easy Maintenance

● Spool / Drag Washer / Change One Way Bearing

Simply remove the four screws on the gearbox side to separate the frame and the gearbox. 
It is easy to lubricate the grease-up bearing to the drag washer by easily removing the spool replacement and turning the waterproof cover. 
One-way bearings and angular contact ball bearings, which are heavily worn out, can be removed very easily, and complete disassembly is also about 10 minutes if maintenance is possible.
